Meet the Facilitator:

Liz Ward, LMSW

“I ground my work in trauma-informed, person-centered care, offering compassion, psychoeducation, and practical skill-building to explore what healing looks like on an individual level. I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults in feeling less alone, gaining a deeper understanding of their patterns, and creating supports that genuinely fit their lives. This group was designed as a space where these experiences can be explored with warmth, clarity, and meaningful, practical support.”
